Etymology

Borrowed from Polish Falandyzacja. Referencing Polish lawyer Lech Falandysz, who in 1994 argued that the president had the right to dismiss two National Broadcasting Council members whom he had appointed, which was not explicitly allowed nor prohibited by the law.
